Začalo to bez znalosti hrať na nástroj, so schopnosťou ladiť tóny amatérsky, aby mi to sedelo. Nemám veľmi vzťah ku teórii a tak hľadám spôsoby, aby mi to sedelo doteraz. Hrať na nástroje som sa trochu naučil s vlastným systémom bez hudobného vzdelania, čo som pri tvorbe aj uplatnil a mal som aj niekoľko spoluprác s hudobníkmi, ktorý stále niečo do mojej hudby prinášali.
It started without any formal knowledge of how to play an instrument—just the ability to tune notes by ear until they felt right to me. I've never really connected with music theory, so I've continued to find my own ways of making things work. Pri hudbe sa snažím doplniť vás, s tým aký ste. Pri fotkách sa snažím, zarámovať detaily krásy do zmyslu. A pri kreslení, intuícia vystúpuje na povrch, niekedy až v tranze. Pri filme sa snažím tvoriť abstraktne. Všetko sú to možno moje predstavy pri tvorbe.

After Art.už ended, and starting in 2014, I had a personal creative space on Strojárenská Street, in Košice, thanks to the European Capital of Culture project. It was a fruitful period, full of beauty. After leaving that space, I created almost nothing for about six years. In 2026, I gradually began creating actively again.

It started at a disco, where people were dancing to my music—that feeling you get when you love what you're doing and receive a positive response, a sense of being truly embraced by others. It gives me a sense of belonging in this world, and the feeling that I have work I love—and the opportunity to actually do it. I experienced similar feelings when a short story of mine was adapted into a comic, when a font I designed was released, when my photos sold in a shop, when I heard my jingles on TV, or when I handed out my written work. It was the same feeling when, after a literary evening, people stayed behind to chat warmly, or when my publisher released my CD.

My writing could be compared to a star following a line, you can feel it all and I can feel you in return. It's our essence to feel each other. You use your hands to work that which was given to you. Básne sú pre mňa veľmi vzácny poklad, bez nich si to len tažko už viem predstaviť. Pomohli mi s láskou ako takou. A ja sa vždy snažím s touto láskou ich písať. Stále ešte vo svojej skrýši, skrytý v opise slov. Priamo prenikanie do srdca, možno až bezmyšlienkovito. Vyjadriť to, čo je mne skryté a popísať svoju nevedomosť do uvedomenia. Príbehy majú silu myšlienok a pohľadou na danú vec. Toto je pre mňa viac obnažujúce a ja nie som si istý spätnou väzbou čitateľa. A je zaujímavé sledovať po čase, ako som to kedysi videl ja.
Poems are a precious treasure to me; I can hardly imagine life without them. They have helped me understand love itself, and I always strive to write them with that very love—still from my private sanctuary, hidden within the words I choose. It is a direct journey into the heart, perhaps even an unthinking one—an attempt to express what lies hidden within me and to transform my unknowing into awareness. Stories hold the power of thought and perspective. For me, this process feels deeply exposing, and I am never quite sure how a reader will respond. Yet, it is fascinating to look back over time and see how I once viewed things.

I used to shoot on my cellphone a lot before the arrival of smartphones. I would do exercises on editing, for example with music accompanying dancing. Later on I got my hands on SLR camera and stayed with it.One of the larger projects we devised was called VETVA. We would shoot it without a script and I would later find the underlying storyline. Umenie a tvorbu považujem za svoju prácu, ale sa tým neživím. Pred 20 rokmi som sice mal zákazky, ale po troch rokoch toho, som potreboval už tvoriť podľa seba a to mi ostalo. Mám schyzofréniu a poberám invalidný dôchodok. Nedarí sa mi nič iné robiť pracovne, ako umenie a tvorbu, to ma napĺňa. Mal som dlhé obdobie pauzu, po mojej psychóze, kedy som musel byť na psychiatrii nejaký čas a veľmi tažko sa mi teraz po tom tvorí. Ale pomaly sa vraciam k tomu, čo vlastne viem robiť a možno aj s chuťou opäť, stále.
I consider art and creative work to be my job, though I don't make a living from it. While I did take on commissions twenty years ago, after three years of that, I felt the need to create on my own terms—and that approach has stayed with me. I have schizophrenia and receive a disability pension. I am unable to hold down any other kind of job, but art and creativity fulfill me. I took a long break following a psychotic episode that required a period of psychiatric hospitalization, and getting back into creating has been very difficult since then.
